This dip is a crunchy, creamy, and dreamy way to begin a soirée.
Ingredients
- 1 cup roasted, unsalted Pistachios
- 1 cup plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 garlic cloves
- 4 mint leaves
- 1/3 cup parsley
- 2 green onions
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Directions
- Add all ingredients to the your nutribullet food processor bowl or blending cup
- Pulse for about 10 times or until desired consistency is reached
- Serve chilled with crudité and enjoy!
